About Your New Role
The Cash Operations Analyst supports the Cash Operations team. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: provides back-office services to the global business in accordance with client agreements.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Entering all transactions into the banking system;
- Wire transaction management;
- Monitoring a centralized inbox to ensure timely and accurate responses to employee and client queries;
- Completion of audit confirmations;
- Administration of online banking log-in details; and
- Filing, scanning, and preparation of daily bank reconciliations.
- Communicate with Client Service Professionals and compliance teams for compliance related clearance
- Liaise and proactively engage with the Client Service Professionals from the various jurisdictions
- Support AVPs-VPs in yearly internal and external audit process
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in cash processing, corporate treasury or other relevant experience. Proven track record of excellent performance in the previous role, and continue to execute tasks to the highest standard
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required;
- Prior experience in a similar role would be an asset, as well as knowledge of SWIFT, ABA, , IBAN and sort codes, OFAC interest rates, time deposits, and foreign-currency transactions;
- The ability to work overtime at short notice is critical;
- Will also be expected to demonstrate strong organisational and written/verbal communication skills. A positive attitude, strong sense of teamwork, strong attention to detail, and excellent keying accuracy and speed is essential;
- Fluency in English is required.
